Changed your mind? No problem.
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send it back. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Please contact us (muckmates.shop/pages/contact) before sending anything back and we'll give you the returns address.
- For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service.
- We'll refund the item price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof you've sent it), to your original payment method.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll refund or replace it. We cover the return costs. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Exchanges
Wrong size? Contact us and we'll help you swap it. Just return the original as above and place a new order for the right size.
